Work

Taking AI agents from prototype to production.

I'm a Forward Deployed AI Engineer at PolyAI, where I'm the engineer customers work with directly, from the first proof-of-concept through a live production deployment. I build AI agents that handle real customer conversations at enterprise scale, and the integrations that connect them to everything else.

Forward Deployed AI Engineer IV

PolyAI · New York City

  • Promoted to Level IV after 18 months for client delivery, technical depth, and cross-team impact.
  • Primary engineer for proof-of-concepts and fast-paced deployments on the Healthcare Pod, and the first point of contact for telephony integrations.
  • Led a proof-of-concept for an enterprise optometry company, delivering telephony, API integrations, and end-to-end call flows in about four weeks.
  • Co-built internal tooling with the agent orchestration team: a Slack app for editing agents straight from Slack threads, and a Jira-triggered bot that drafts pull requests.

Sept 2024 – Mar 2026

Forward Deployed AI Engineer III

PolyAI · New York City

  • Lead engineer and sole technical representative on a high-visibility commercial banking proof-of-concept, owning telephony, API integration, and performance reporting through a competitive bake-off that PolyAI won and turned into a multi-year enterprise contract.
  • Owned end-to-end delivery for one of PolyAI's largest enterprise clients, at over a million calls a month: stakeholder communication, new builds, a large-scale telephony migration, and ongoing performance monitoring.
  • Led SIP integrations and resolved live telephony issues across the Healthcare Pod, partnering with contact center vendors and mentoring new engineers through their first integrations.
  • Built integrations between client systems and PolyAI's Agent Studio, developing production AI agents in Python across healthcare, financial services, and transportation.

About me go celtics!

Engineer with a visual arts minor.

Hannah at graduation
Fordham, May 2024

I grew up in Winthrop, Massachusetts, a small seaside town just outside Boston, and now live in New York City.

I studied Computer Science at Fordham University, graduating summa cum laude in May 2024 with a 3.9 GPA, a minor in Visual Arts, and a concentration in Graphic Design. I received Fordham's Jogues Scholarship, was a member of the Alpha Sigma Nu Jesuit Honor Society, and spent a semester studying at the University of Westminster in London.

On campus I tutored Computer Science through Fordham's Higher Education Opportunity Program and was involved in Girls Who Code, the Computer Science Society, Women in STEM, and SPIRE, a women's empowerment club.

I've always lived somewhere between engineering and art, which is probably why forward deployed work suits me: it's half building, half people, and every customer is a new problem to design around.

Outside of work, I'm usually shooting film, scrapbooking, painting, or traveling.
